Plan The Project

Plan your building projects by assigning tasks to staff or sub-contractors, tracking the budget, posting images of the progress, maintaining to-do lists and storing important project documents. Keep your clients happy by keeping them in the loop throughout the life of their project.

Store Project Documents

You can store copies of all project-specific files and documents in an organized and centralized location where you, your staff/trades and clients can access them quickly and easily. This is ideal for keeping track of contracts, quotes, receipts, drawings and plans.

Assign Tasks To Sub-Trades

If you use sub-contracted trades in any of your projects, you can easily add them to your account and assign project tasks to them. Give them user access to a trades dashboard to view and update progress of those projects and tasks. This will help you plan subsequent work that requires other trades to complete first.

Plan & Track The Budget

Record all project income and expense transactions. The system will automatically tabulate the results, making it easy to see if you are operating in the black or the red on a project-by-project basis. Sharing the budget with your clients will bolster their confidence in you, as they will know exactly where their money is being spent.

Manage Project Calendar

Your account allows you and your company staff to enter and manage events in a visual calendar. You can choose to assign calendar events to open projects and choose to make events private or public. Events assigned to projects will appear in the project timeline. Optionally set events to remind you via e-mail or SMS messaging.

Upload/View Progress Pictures

Add progress images to each project to keep the client up-to-date on all the changes taking place without having to be on site. Your sub-contracted tradespeople can upload completion photos to prove that work task were properly completed. Such images can act as photo proof to share with inspectors and insurance companies.

After numerous years working in the construction industry and experiencing some of the logistical challenges that come with planning and managing multiple projects at once, we began to see a need for a planning and communication solution that would meet said challenges. Conversations with builders, sub-contractors in the building trades, and clients alike made it abundantly clear that we were on the right track. After much planning and deliberation, our mission became to build an online platform that would facilitate project planning and communication between builders, their sub-trades and clients to help projects go more smoothly and be completed on time.
